As a first time shopper I am impressed with the layout of the store & all the different options for tea & seasonings. The store clerk Shalohm was very attentive having excellent customer service skills providing all my needs. Will be returning soon. God Bless 🙌 you!

Spice and Tea Xchange is one of my fave stores. Visted this one several years ago and had an awful experience with a rude older adult customer service representative (who scoffed when I inquired if they offered a tea product I had seen at another tea shoppe in another state). So went out of my way (to St Augustine) to avoid this store unless in the area and rarely made big purchases. Yesterday, however, had the most spectacular customer service experience provided by young adults Ashton and Sophia. My first contact was over the phone which was professionally answered and polite, professional information given. So decided to go with a friend since we were in the area and were not disappointed. Sophia and Ashton offered assistance, answered questions, provided insight that made me feel this store is pro-customer now, listened to me and my friend and gave solutions we might otherwise not have considered (tea mixed with coffee was one of them!). And managed to upsale us to boot. These young adults made the management of this store look good, so smart to have them on staff. We will be back.

Charming Shop with Great Tea and Friendly Staff Really enjoyed this place! The staff was warm and welcoming, offering tasty tea and generous samples. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but the store is beautifully curated with a lovely selection of teas, spices, honey, and lots of unique finds. A fun spot to browse and treat yourself or pick up a thoughtful gift.

You can never go wrong going into a Spice & Tea Exchange! My goal is to have my pantry look like a store. The spices and teas are so flavorful and using in recipes will make a world of a difference. The staff here is amazing, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. When I am visiting I always stop in to support!

The Spice & Tea Exchange is a unique and delightful store that offers a wide variety of spices, teas, and other gourmet products. During a recent visit to the store, I had the pleasure of interacting with a cashier who was not only friendly and welcoming, but also incredibly informative and helpful. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by the cashier with a warm smile and a friendly hello. She immediately made me feel at ease and welcomed me to explore the store at my own pace. As I browsed through the shelves filled with jars of colorful spices and bags of fragrant teas, the cashier approached me and asked if I needed any assistance. I mentioned that I was looking for a specific type of tea for a gift, and she immediately began to guide me through the different options available. The cashier was extremely knowledgeable about the various teas and spices offered at the store. She explained the origins and flavor profiles of each tea, and even offered me a sample to taste before making a decision.
